Why has my order not yet arrived?

Your order should be delivered to you within 3-5 working days and at the latest within one week (delay by duplicate order possible), via the shipping service UPS International, depending on the items selected.

Please note that the delivery time may increase depending on the items selected and destination address. 

 
Within your order confirmation you will have received an order number which you can use to log in to our portal to check the progress of your order.

 
If you see that the order has already been shipped, you will find another email in your inbox with a UPS Tracking Number for your package, which you can enter into UPS Tracking to track every step of the delivery.

 
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email or tracking number, you can always contact our Customer Service, who will gladly check the current status of your shipment for you. Please also check your spam filter settings / spam folder, as our shipping confirmation may have landed in there.
