For returns, please use our Returns Portal. There you will be able to report the items you would like to return to us i.e. should they not fit or please you in some way. We ask you to return the goods to us completely and in their original packaging and thus in an unused and undamaged condition. Please note that opened hygiene articles such as underwear or bras are excluded from a return.

Please note: If you return several items, it may occur that not all items are recorded and processed simultaneously.
