What happens if the product i've received is damaged or faulty?

If, contrary to expectations, you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Team, immediately to register your complaint. You can do this via the Contact Form by sending us pictures of the goods in question, so that we can process your request more efficiently. Our Customer Service Team will find a solution for every case and replace your defective item free of charge in the case of a complaint.
