What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

In this case, UPS will unfortunately return the package to us. Often the couriers will try again the next day, but this is not guaranteed. We therefore recommend that you attach a note to your door, including your signature, with the request to hand the package over to a neighbour. However, even in this case we cannot guarantee that UPS will not return the package to us.

PS: Please ensure that you include your mobile phone number when registering your account as this will be printed on the address label. In the case of delivery issues, the UPS courier then has the option of contacting you via mobile.
