PrintFor returns, please use our Returns Portal to lodge the return. There you will be able to select the items you would like to return to us e.g. should a costume not fit or please you in some way. We ask you to return the goods to us completely and in their original packaging and thus in an unused and undamaged condition. Our return address will also be displayed in the Portal upon successful lodgement of the return.
Please note: If you return several items, it may occur that not all items are recorded and processed simultaneously. Please be advised that these returns are not lost, but will be processed separately. If you have any further questions regarding the returns process, please contact our Customer Service Team via the Online Form.
Important! The return needs to be sent to Germany, so please contact our customer service in advance.
Please contact us via Support-Ticket and let us know directly which items you would like to return.
We will provide you with all necessary information and documents and inform you about all return and customs costs.
We will charge a fee for this, which you will be informed of in the returns enquiry. This fee will be deducted from the credit note that will be refunded.
Please do not return the parcel at your own expense, as it will arrive at the German customs office and we will not be able to collect it there.
