I have not received confirmation of my order - what should I do?

You should receive an automatic order confirmation email from our system within 5-10 minutes of completing your order at Dirndl.com. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation, you can always contact our Customer Service Team and request a new confirmation. You will also receive another email from us when your payment is processed and shipped.
If you have paid for your order with your PayPal account, please note that you will only receive an order confirmation of your payment from PayPal.
