As long as your order has not yet left our Logistics Centre, you can amend it easily via our Online Portal. Need to change your billing or delivery address or cancel items? - you can do all of this directly in the portal.
The change or cancellation hasn't worked? Then contact our Customer Service Team via our Contact Form. Our Team can also make address changes and undertake cancellations on your behalf.
