You can place an order quickly and easily in our Online Shop. Alternatively, you can also order by phone by calling our Customer Service Team on (UK) +44 20 39663370 / (US) +1 646 8441914.
If you are not yet familiar with Online Shopping, please read the following step-by-step instructions:
Step 1 - Shopping Cart: Firstly, select the desired items from our Online Shop and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button. You now have the option to continue shopping by clicking on "Continue Shopping", or to view your cart / edit items (change quantities, add items, remove etc.), by clicking on "View Shopping Cart".
Step 2 - Order Information: Next select your delivery destination from the drop-down list and the shipping costs as well as the total amount will be calculated. When you have finished your shopping and want to proceed to the next step of your order, please click on "Checkout".
Once you have clicked on the button "Checkout", your customer details and address information will be requested. Please note that the entire ordering process is carried out using secure SSL encryption.
- Option 1 - Orders for existing customers
If you are already a Dirndl.com customer, you can log in with your email address and password and save yourself the trouble of re-entering your address information. If you no longer have your access data, you can use the "Forgot password" function to recover them.
- Option 2 - Orders for new customers
You can create a Dirndl.com account by un-ticking the "Don't create a customer account" box . If you choose this option, you will need to assign yourself a password. This password together with your email address will automatically create a Dirndl.com account. You will then be able to easily log in for future orders without having to enter your address information. In addition, you benefit from being able to manage your address data (flick between several billing addresses and delivery addresses), view the processing of your orders, discount options and much more!
- Option 3 - Orders for new customers without a customer account
Similarly to option 2, you can also place an order without registering a customer account by selecting the option "Don't create a customer account" check box (default).
Then, by clicking on the check box "The shipping address does not match the billing address" you can specify a separate delivery address.
Once you have entered your customer information, the billing address and, if necessary, a different delivery address, you can proceeed with your order by clicking on the "Continue" button. If you can't get any further at this point, please note any error messages and notes. It is possible that your data is not complete or similar. Please contact our Customer Service Team in case of any issues.
Step 3 - Payment & Shipping: In this step you can select the desired payment method and shipping method. Only the available payment methods and shipping methods are displayed. These will depend on your delivery address (destination country) and, in the case of the shipping method, on your payment method.
After selecting the payment and shipping method, click "Next".
Step 4 - Completing your order: Here you will find your order summary i.e. the items you have selected, the billing address, delivery address, payment method and the shipping method. Please note that you can make changes at this stage if you so wish.
Finally, once you are confident that all details are correct regarding your order, you can complete the order by simply clicking on "Complete Payment". Once clicked, you will receive your oder within the next 3-5 working days. After completing the order, you will automatically receive confirmation by e-mail.
